After a one-year pause, there will be an opportunity to participate in the genealogical event Kuulutko sukuuni, which is the 25th in a row. The venue will be in Tikkurila Upper Secondary School in Vantaa (address: (Valkoisenlähteentie 53). The event, which will be held on Saturday and Sunday 10-11 October 2026, is organized by the local genealogical association, Vantaa Seudun Sukututkijat with the support of FFHA, the Genealogical Society of Finland, Sukuseurojen Keskusliitto, the Karelian Association, Helsingfors Släktforskare rf, Karjalaiset suvut, the Karelian Cultural Society and FamilySearch.
The event, which is open to everyone, will feature lectures on memoirs and the features of modern genealogy. Sunday's program includes, among other things, a presentation and discussion panel on genealogy platforms and software. FFHA will also be present in the exhibition area, which will be open from 10 am to 5 pm on Saturday and from 10 am to 4 pm on Sunday.
